Event Description

Floors Castle International Horse Trials is set in the grounds of the prestigious Roxburghe Estate in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The competition runs over mature parkland for all three phases. The dressage takes place on the North side of the castle and the Show Jumping and Cross Country run in the main field along the River Tweed.

The main ring offers fantastic photograph opportunities with a backdrop of Floors Castle. The Cross Country course offers a mixture of permanent and portable fences with a variation of questions for both horse and rider.

Competitor Information

Stabling:

Stabling will be allocated on a first come first served basis at Kelso Racecourse or at local off-site stabling.

All Stabling is £55.00 per night and includes BEDMAX shavings.

How to book? Stabling must be booked via HORSE MONKEY and will not be confirmed until payment and horse vaccination details have been received.

No refunds will be made for stabling after the ballot date.

Action Replay Photography are the official photographers and videographers at Floors for all phases and all classes in Arena Two. Photographs and videos can be viewed online only at www.actionreplayphotography.co.uk

Directions to Floors Castle Horse Trials:

Please follow all signage when travelling to the horse trials. Directional signage will be erected if approaching the event from any side of Kelso. It is important to follow all signage and enter the event through the Golden Gates on Roxburgh Street in Kelso. If travelling in a large, high sided vehicle please be aware of the height restriction on the Golden Gate. If your vehicle is too large PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE IN THE GATES. Contact 07831447566 for assistance and we will direct you through a different gate.

Spectators and Competitors arrive through the Golden Gates and will be directed to the correct parking area.
